How this works,
is by using the insight / wisdom revealed in our "self-listening" conversation to now start changing your “programs” on a subconscious level. All of your automatic responses and behaviors are similar to the software on a computer. So don’t blame the computer if it is not functioning or operating optimally… Just change the programs. How you might ask? It is called energy psychology. You may have already tried affirmations and applying sheer willpower..? Only to find that the moment you are not consciously aware, that you then slip into the old patterns? It is because nothing was really changed on a subconscious level. (the software is still the same, when you are not in conscious control)
What we offer
is a simple, non-invasive, yet powerful procedure to change those limiting beliefs and “bad programming”. No need for hypnosis or ayahuasca... You are in conscious control of your own process of change, only being guided step by step by your facilitator. In the process we create a “Whole-Brain-State” in which resistance to change on a subconscious level is vastly reduced. Normally it is then only a matter of a few minutes for you to “download” your new program or releasing traumas or completely change your perception of yourself and the world and the people and opportunities in it.
How your brain works:
Please understand that with our limited conscious mind (processing speed of approx. 40 bits per second) we may think we know what is good for us and what we really want is XYZ. But for obtaining that, you need your subconscious mind (operating at some 40.000.000 bits per second) to collaborate. First it revises all it’s inventory of past experiences and learnings. And as it’s primary job is to keep you safe, a conflict occurs, if it for any reason perceives a danger in the conscious direction you want to go in. Now you do the math: Which of the two minds wins in the long run?
A "normal" session probably looks like this:
1) The first few minutes we talk about what is your current situation like. (our "self-listening" conversation)
2) We then often start by doing a "stress relief" balance (changing the perception of a stressful situation) on the situation / circumstance / condition we just talked about. We want to create a "Whole-Brain State" where you are able to observe your issue from a state of Peace & Non-attachment to it. (being able to see it clearly and fully)
3) Now we talk about how you would ideally like things to be. In PSYCH-K® we want to spend most of our time & energy on defining our goals and dreams much more so than spending time dwelling on the past problems.
4) We then "balance" one or more "goal statements" (download the new supporting & enhancing software) that helps you get to take the action needed to achieve you goals. A "goal-statement" is a short phrase the describe your desired outcome / perception.
5) We end the session once you declare that you have reached the "all good for now" or "problem resolved" sensation. An important part is to "Celebrate" your progress along the way. SMILE
6) After the session you now take your "action steps" where previously it felt like roadblocks were in the way. It is now time to manifest your dreams and potential.
A piece of advice:
There is one more mind at play in your life. We call that the Superconscious mind (operating at infinite bits per second) You may have different words for it: Universe, Nature, God, The Field, Source etc.
It is advised to try to get in alignment with whatever guidance you get from that source. So often we think we know consciously what we desire and want in life, and so we try to “balance” this in our sessions, only to discover that we may not always get what we want but we probably got exactly what we needed. So many people later discover this, once they can see their process of change in hindsight.
Results in your life start to show up big time, once you get your Conscious- and your Subconscious mind aligned with the Superconscious. That is why, if you are on your Inner or Outer journey (or a combination of both) you are essentially on a sacred spiritual process of learning and "growing toward the light".
